Babylon, leading live music venue in Istanbul

BABYLON is certainly among Turkey’s leading live music venues and the most important entertainment places to visit in Istanbul.

The place opened its doors in 1999 as a multi-purpose performance center. It presents a monthly program featuring eclectic selections from jazz to reggae, world music to electronica, Latin to Turkish vibes as well as indie pop and rock acts.

The capacity of the place is 450 standing and 300 seated.

Babylon was named one of the best 100 jazz clubs by Downbeat Magazine in 2002 and 2004 and is acclaimed for its variety and intimacy.

Food is not available whereas you will not stay thirsty since there is a bar in the place. There is no entrance fee, but you must get a ticket for the concerts.
