Four Seasons in Greece for the first time

It is reported that Doğuş Group of Turkey will bring Four Seasons, a well-known international brand to Greece and the Hyatt brand to Croatia for the first time. Doğuş Group, which continues its investments in tourism abroad, is bringing some international brands to different countries of Europe, for the first time.

Doğuş Group planning to invest in areas other than restaurant business, is opening a hotel in the city of Zadar called Hyatt Regency Zadar Maraska which will be in service in 2019.

The group is also preparing to invest in Greece which is now a favorable destination among Turkish tourists, with another hotel chain

Four Seasons, one of the world’s largest chain hotels, will enter Greece for the first time. A statement in regards was posted on the Four Seasons website on September 6th. It was mentioned in the message that the new hotel will be opened in Astir Palace Resort Vuliagmeni, which is considered to be the most magnificent part of Athens, the capital of Greece.

This project called Astir Palace and worth € 400 million is undertaken by AGC Jermyn Sreet Real Estate Fund IV LP with Arab partner and Doğuş Group from Turkey is also included in the consortium.

In the statement made by Four Seasons, it was stated that Four Seasons had had interest in Greece, one of Europe’s most popular destinations for a long time and they were delighted to enter this important market in partnership with Astir Palace Vouliagmeni SA.
