Jens Stoltenberg, NATO Secretary General inspects “Air Defence System” in Turkey
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg who paid a visit to Turkey on Thursday also visited the “Air Defence System” in this country.
Stoltenberg who arrived in Turkey’s capital Ankara on Thursday for an official visit also inpsected the Patriot Air Defence System at the 5th Armoured Brigade Command in Gaziantep province in the south at about midday on Friday.
300 US soldiers, named as ‘the Fearless’ are currently on duty on the Air Defence System site.
NATO Secretary General also visited Turkey General Staff Chief Necdet Ozel during his visit, which is the visit to a second foreign country during his term.
