"Share this post on social media, spread the news"

Turkey, needless to say is one of the most beautiful holiday spots across Mediterranean (and Aegean) with so much to offer..

Tourism and accommodation sector has taken giant steps to meet the needs of all kinds of holiday makers with various income levels and taste.

However, the alternative of saving much money and being relatively independent by staying in a privately rented villa at splendid locations has been much favored recently.

Companies which have seen the opportunities in this sector have started to provide services whereby they bring together villa owners (who would like to make revenue from their properties) with holidaymakers who would like to have an enjoyable holiday in a rented villa with beautiful scenery and entertainment facilities.

Thus, when you enter “renting villas in Turkey” on Google.com, you get so many web pages with a lot of information pertaining to available properties to rent etc..

The question is “which one should you rent”.. Well, you can read the thorough information, look at pictures and even videos.. Most probably you would be able to make a good choice based on all this information..

And moreover if you are not pleased with the time you spend at said place then you would also have the alternative of providing valuable feedback on related sites on the net, so that others would not have to put up the same dissatisfaction you’ve had to live through – which is something the company should definitely take into consideration…

We hope you have a life-time enjoyable experience in a holiday villa in Turkey

TIPS TO AVOID A HOLIDAY VILLA RENTAL FRAUD

Prefer to do your research on a reputable website with enough reviews from customers (Professional sites always include a contact telephone number and a business address)
Read the “About Us” information. (The link to this is often found in small print at the foot of the home page.) If the write-up appears vague, too general or in poor English you might have to pay more attention.
Once you have decided on a property you like, call up and speak to the owner.
Ask searching questions and request the exact postal address of the property.
Ask for more photographs of the particular property you are interested in renting, especially if it is in a villa or apartment complex.
Cut and paste the entry into Google to see if it appears on other rental websites.
Do not proceed if you are asked to pay a deposit through Western Union or any other cash transfer service. Reputable owners will accept bank transfers or have a PayPal account.
If it’s accepted, using a credit card is the safest way to pay as it gives you protection against fraud or misrepresentation under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
If the owner makes an extra charge for credit card payments, paying a small deposit on a card will ensure protection of the whole of the rental amount.

Not very difficult is it?
