Spencer Stuart, global executive search company opens office in Istanbul

CEO finder opens branch in Istanbul

Spencer Stuart, a global executive search consultation company, has opened an Istanbul office led by Turkish citizen Kaan Okurer, according to a press release. Founded in 1956, the privately-owned Spencer Stuart advises companies on their senior leadership needs.

The company operates 53 offices in 29 countries. Last year it conducted more than 4,000 assignments around the world, according to its website.

“Building a strong business in Turkey is a critical part of our strategy to broaden the service Spencer Stuart provides to its clients throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia,” said Frank Birkel, the joint managing director of Spencer Stuart in Europe. “Turkey is a dynamic market which benefits from a rare degree of economic growth and upside potential.”
