Turkey ranks top important for real estate investors

VILLAS-FETHIYE-TURKEYTurkey which has been on an upward trend for past several years is observed to have shown the same positive performance in the real estate sector as well.

Indeed, a report released by Ernst & Young has ranked Turkey the second most attractive market for real estate investors. The report with title The “European Real Estate Assets Investment Trend Indicator 2013” says 40 percent of the participants in a survey has found Turkey the second most attractive real estate market.

The interesting note in the report goes as follows;

“Non-euro zone countries are particularly attractive. Russia, Ukraine and Turkey have been ranked as places where office buildings are expected to have a high demand, increasing the potential for higher prices”.

The report was prepared in cooperation with the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) and made public by Ernst & Young

It is a well known fact that this country has been receiving a substantially increased number of foreign visits in the last decade especially and is thus exposed to the like of these people enjoying the opportunities offered by Turkey.

In places such as Kalkan, Fethiye and Datça for instance there are so many foreigners who have already bought houses and settled down. This they claim is due tgo what Turkey has to offer such as beautiful weather and sea aas well as reasonable prices and local hospitality
