President Gül pays visits to MS, FB and Google in Silicon valley

On his trip to the USA, Turkish President Abdullah Gül has paid visits to major IT and High Tech companies in SILICON VALLEY which is located in the southern part of the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California, USA.

The region is home to many of the world’s largest technology corporations.President Gul paid visits to Facebook and Microsoft centers in Silicon Valley, California, on Thursday.

Gul’s first visit was to Facebook headquarters where was briefed by Facebook people.

Thereafter, the Turkish President visited Microsoft center and then Google where he watched Istanbul from the giant screen available at the Google HQ. Gül was briefed by Google executives about the unmanned vehicle in Google’s agenda.

Earlier in the day, Gul had paid a visit to the HQ of Apple (center), as well.

The President’s agenda includes a visit to Twitter HQ on Saturday after which he is scheduled to fly back to Turkey.Turkish President is known to be a good Twitter user and has been conducting an effective communication with citizens and also people from allover the world for some time.
