US President Trump continues to take dangerous steps for the world peace

President Trump who has continuously made decisions and taken steps to cause serious concern among most countries (not to include Israel certainly) regarding the World peace since he took office in 2017, seems to be determined to stick to his dangerous policies after literally delivering the Golan Heights to Israel.

Trump, who recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel a short while ago, ignoring strong opposition at the UN and negative reaction from the great majority of countries in the world has thus added a new chapter to his dangerous actions by officially serving Golan Heights to Israel on a silver platter.

The experts comment this will certainly be another step to furher ignite  additional conflict in the Middle East, mainly between SYRIA (and Iran as the partner) and US allies in the region, on top of the already existing ones such as the war in Syria which the whole world expects to come to an end eventually.

However, at a point when said conflict is still many steps away from a sustainable resolution which involves not only Syria and the opposition, but neighboring countries such as Turkey (to be in the first place), Iraq and Iran as well as Russia which now has a major interest in region and goes without saying the USA (as big brother and protector of Israel) and Israel, itself, Trump does not refrain from making rational decisions and taking equally dangerous steps to clearly threaten the world peace.

The question is “WHAT FOR”: It certainly does not have to do with the love Trump has grown for Israel since he came to power (or before that) or else because his son-in-law is of Jewish origin etc. Well leaving out these options what are we left with? Could it have to do with monetary benefits? Or else could it be serving the benefits of giant enterprises dominating the world supplying weapons and or operating in the energy sectors such as oil industry etc.? As another option could it have to do with the future plans and projects of the deep state of the USA regarding control of energy areas in the world (and Middle East certainly) etc.?

Well whatever it may be, one thing is clear; that is the US President is sailing close to the wind (as he has been doing since in office) and thanks God we do not have many such leaders that would constitute a much greater risk for the world peace – thanks Putin is playing cool at this stage, although we believe he is no less ambitious. It looks like experience (and brains/logic) makes the whole difference, not to forget a very qualified consultants team probably.

The picture now is that Russia does not seem to be willing to respond hastily or furiously to the US decision and will most probably take it easy. But on the other hand it is likely that Putin might take advantage of this move from the US by demanding some concessions at a further stage of the on-going story, to further strengthen its already established presence in the Mediterranean – a centuries-long dream of Russia.

Then again, this final move by Trump will put Turkey’s administration (meaning President Erdogan in the first place, really) in a very difficult situation and seems to be likely to further damage US-Turkey relations – on top of the tension between two countries regarding the explicit support provided by the US to the Kurdish organization in the east of Euphrates which Turkey considers as extension of PKK, a terror organization operating in Turkey for ages.

Another possibility could be the US is determined to get settled in the region for a much longer period and trying to do this using the Kurds north of Euphrates as loyal partners to the US (actually as the partner to serve US benefits) which would be a very critical and dangerous strategy again because Turkey is also determined not to tolerate an organized Kurdish fait accompli in Syria (or Iraq) evaluating such move a major threat to its perpetuity.

To recap, the US President is obviously determined to make strong statements in issues concerning the world (which is normal really) but unfortunately the signals are not like he is very interested in providing a positive contribution to the world peace – while making America great again.
