A 30% increase has been applied to the airplane ticket ceiling price enforced by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation since 2013. The ceiling price for domestic flights has risen to 3,250 TL.
The General Directorate of Civil Aviation has implemented a new increase in the ceiling price for domestic flights initially introduced in 2013.
With the new application, the ceiling price for 85% of the airplane is raised from 1,650 TL to 2,000 TL, while for the remaining 15% section, it is increased from 2,500 TL to 3,250 TL.
Following the decision, companies selling tickets for domestic flights have adjusted their prices accordingly.
Last year’s decision had set the ticket price for up to 85% of the airplane’s seating capacity at a maximum of 1,650 TL, while for the remaining 15% portion, it was set at 2,500 TL.
