Alanya Enjoys 33°C Temperatures in September

The temperature in Alanya reached 33°C on September 1, while the sea temperature was measured at 30°C. Humidity stood at 64 percent.

With the weather remaining hot, both Turkish and foreign tourists headed for the beaches to enjoy the sea and sunshine.

Some holidaymakers cooled off by swimming, while others preferred to relax and sunbathe on the beach. Families spent time in the sea with their children, while water sports provided another popular way to enjoy the day.

The conditions are a reminder that the summer holiday season in Alanya does not necessarily end when September arrives.

“Alanya Is Very Beautiful”

Ümmü Öz, who travelled to Alanya from Germany both for a holiday and to visit her sister, was enjoying the sea at Damlataş Cave Beach.

Speaking about her visit, Öz said she had come from Germany to visit her sister and was spending the day at Damlataş Cave Beach next to Alanya Castle.

“It is September 1, 2026, and the weather is wonderful. Everyone should come to Alanya. Alanya is very beautiful. I really like it and it is exactly the kind of place I want. The sea is beautiful, and the beach and everything else are natural and beautiful,” she said.

With warm temperatures, a sea temperature of around 30°C and plenty of sunshine, Alanya continues to offer beach weather even as September gets underway.
