The first plane to take off from Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, has landed at Cappadocia Airport. Ukrainian tourists were greeted with flowers and Turkish delight at the airport.
Cappadocia region, one of the important tourism centers of Turkey, has now started to host Ukrainian tourists with direct flights starting from Ukraine. The first charter flight from Kiev, the Ukrainian capital, took off and landed at Cappadocia Airport. The first group which arrived by direct flight from Ukraine to the Cappadocia region, was greeted with cloves and Turkish delight.
A professional from the sector said that they had brought guests from Ukraine to Cappadocia for 6 years as a company adding “Cappadocia is now a known destination in Ukraine. Therefore, additional flights were planned for the near future. Our next flight will be from Kharkiv, Ukraine. We happily welcomed the first group. We greeted them with flowers and Turkish delight. Our next flight will leave Kiev on Sunday and we will be boarding our tourists here. In 2021, we will host 6 thousand tourists from Ukraine”.
