The 13th High Criminal Court has made a majority decision to continue detention of Osman Kavala, the only detainee accused of the combined Gezi Park and ÇARSI cases, in the monthly detention review.
Kavala has been detained since 1 November 2017 and not released despite decisions made and issued to the contrary by international legal bodies.
