While dollar prices were moving at 31.1475 TL at the closing time of Turkish markets yesterday, it started the new day at 31.1586 TL. The rate rose to 31.1680 TL after the opening, reaching its highest level seen while the markets were open. As of 09:19, the dollar was trading at 31.1655 TL with a 0.06% increase.
At the same time, the dollar climbed to 31.3870 TL on international markets while Turkish markets were closed today, renewing its historical record level.
Euro/TL, on the other hand, is trading at levels around 33.7701 TL at the same hour.”
