In Turkey, the uninterrupted series of price hikes has yet to come to a halt. The storm of these price hikes and inflation doesn’t seem to be abating anytime soon.
According to NTV, there has been an increase of 1 lira 46 kuruş in the price of gasoline, effective from midnight. There is no change in the prices of diesel.
In Istanbul, a liter of gasoline is sold at 34 lira 50 kuruş, while a liter of diesel is priced at 35 lira 50 kuruş.”
