House Sales Rise Compared to 2010

Statistics on the house sale in the last quarter of 2010 covering October and December have been revealed.

The Turkish Statistics figures show rise in house sales in comparison to the same period of previous year but it also indicates a fall for the period in 2009.

Ownership of 97.517 changed in the 4th quarter of 2010 with sales.

In overall Turkey house sales increased by 16,51% in relation to the previous period.

Şanlıurfa and Diyarbakır ate the cities with the highest sale with 44,68%

However, house sales dropped by 16,10% in 2010 October-November period when compared with the same period of the previous year.
