SunExpress, a joint venture between Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, will increase the number of flights from an English city to Antalya for the summer of 2025.

SunExpress is expanding its flight schedule with additional flights from Leeds Bradford Airport to Antalya for the summer of 2025. The airline will operate four weekly flights from Leeds Bradford to Antalya, instead of the current three, starting in April 2025. The flights will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, thus increasing its capacity.

Nicola McMullen, Director of Aviation at Leeds Bradford Airport, stated, “With the increasing demand for flights to Turkey from holidaymakers in the region, our partnership with SunExpress has been a great success this summer. We are therefore very pleased that SunExpress is adding extra capacity to one of LBA’s most popular tourist destinations, and we are confident that customers will fully benefit from this good news.”

Tobias Bracht, Sales Manager at SunExpress, added, “We are excited to announce additional capacity for our new and exciting route from Leeds Bradford to Antalya for the summer of 2025. At SunExpress, we are committed to providing exceptional value and convenience to Yorkshire travelers with direct flights, and we eagerly look forward to expanding our connections between the region and Turkey.”

This year, SunExpress is operating a total of 200 flights to 68 destinations in 35 countries.
