As the war between Israel and Iran intensifies on its 11th day with mutual airstrikes and missile launches, Iran has targeted U.S. bases in Qatar and Iraq. Sirens were heard at U.S. bases in nine countries, and some countries in the region have closed their airspace.
Israel and Iran entered the 11th day of the war with reciprocal attacks. Following U.S. strikes, the Israeli military targeted the road leading to the Fordow Nuclear Facility. Several locations in Tehran were bombed, including Evin Prison, where opposition figures are held. Iran launched missile attacks on U.S. bases in Qatar and Iraq.
Qatar: No casualties reported
The Qatari Ministry of Defense announced that Iran’s attack on the U.S. base was repelled and confirmed that there were no casualties.
The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, “We reserve the right to respond directly to this despicable attack.”
The Qatari government described Iran’s strike on the Al-Udeid (U.S.) Base as “a clear violation of sovereignty” and declared that it reserves the right to retaliate.
