The statement from the Istanbul Governorship is as follows;
“According to the Meteorology, strong winds are expected to blow from the north and northeast directions in Istanbul starting Friday morning, with the possibility of storms in high-altitude areas. The wind and storm are expected to diminish after Saturday noon. Caution should be exercised.”
