A 29 percent increase in water prices in Istanbul was unanimously adopted. New prices became TL 8.33 TL for use between 0-15 cubic meters and 12.51 TL for over 16 cubic meters for home use
The General Assembly of ISKI convened for the second time today for an extraordinary meeting. The Board unanimously adopted a 29 percent increase in water prices in Istanbul. For housing from 0 to 15 cubic meters, it was 8.33 TL.
The decision was taken at the meeting held at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality presidential building in Saraçhane. The current water unit price for the first stage is currently 5.56 TL.
