In the coastal areas of the Central Black Sea, Giresun, Ardahan, Kars, Erzurum, Dersim, Elazığ, Muş, Bingöl, Bitlis, Şırnak, Hakkari, Diyarbakır, Batman, and Siirt, local heavy rainfall is expected.
