According to the latest forecast by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms in the eastern Marmara, Central and Eastern Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, as well as around Balıkesir, Manisa, Kütahya, Afyonkarahisar, Uşak, and Isparta.

Rainfall is expected to be particularly heavy in the western and central Black Sea coasts, as well as in the areas around Giresun, Çankırı, Iğdır, Ağrı, and Van.

HEAVY RAINFALL WARNING

Due to expected heavy rainfall in the western and central Black Sea coasts, as well as around Giresun, Çankırı, Iğdır, Ağrı, and Van, caution and preparedness are advised for potential adverse effects.

MARMARA REGION

Partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the eastern parts and around Balıkesir.

– Edirne: 15°C, 26°C, partly cloudy

– Istanbul: 19°C, 26°C, partly to mostly cloudy, with intermittent local showers and thunderstorms

AEGEAN REGION: Partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected around Manisa, Kütahya, Afyonkarahisar, and Uşak.

– Izmir: 20°C, 30°C, partly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon

– Muğla: 15°C, 30°C, partly cloudy

MEDITERRANEAN REGION: Partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in Central and Eastern Mediterranean and around Isparta.

– Antalya: 23°C, 31°C, partly cloudy

CENTRAL ANATOLIA REGION

Partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected throughout the region. Rainfall in Çankırı is expected to be heavy at times around noon tomorrow (Thursday).

– Ankara: 17°C, 26°C, partly cloudy, with intermittent local showers and thunderstorms

WESTERN BLACK SEA REGION

Partly to mostly cloudy, with widespread showers and thunderstorms expected, heavy at times.

CENTRAL AND EASTERN BLACK SEA REGION

Partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected throughout the region. Heavy rainfall is expected in the central Black Sea coasts and around Giresun.

EASTERN ANATOLIA REGION

Partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected throughout the region. Heavy rainfall is expected around Iğdır, Ağrı, and Van.

SOUTHEASTERN ANATOLIA REGION

Partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected throughout the region.
