Earlier it was announced that the mines left by Ukraine in the Black Sea off Odessa, against Russian warships had broken off from their cables as a result of the storm and begun to drift in the Black Sea.
After the detection of a mine the Bosphorus, the Ministry of National Defense shared following on their Twitter account “Underwater Defense Teams (SAS) were quickly transferred to the scene after a mine-like object was detected by a commercial vessel off the Bosphorus in the morning. The aforementioned mine-like object was secured by SAS Teams and purposeful intervention was started to neutralize it.”
