The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) has updated the weighted average interest rates applied by banks to deposit accounts. As of the week of August 9th, the average compounded interest rate for 1-3 month TL deposits was determined to be 58.5%. With the changes in interest rates, the banks offering the highest deposit interest rates have also been identified. Citizens focused on which bank offered the highest interest rate.
