Property Owners Take Note: Deadline for First Installment of Property Tax Ends Today

Property owners across Turkey have until the end of today to pay the first installment of their 2026 property tax. Taxpayers who fail to complete their payment by the deadline will be charged a late payment interest rate of 3.5% for each month of delay.
