Expanded Domestic Routes from Antalya and Izmir
SunExpress, the joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, has unveiled its domestic flight schedule for the 2025-2026 winter season. The airline will operate flights to 14 destinations from Antalya and 19 destinations from Izmir.
From Antalya, SunExpress will connect passengers to Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Izmir, Kayseri, Mardin, Mersin, Muş, Rize, Samsun, Şanlıurfa, Trabzon, and Van, with a total of 77 weekly flights across Anatolia.
Mardin Returns to the Schedule
Mardin is back on SunExpress’s winter network. Flights from Antalya to Mardin will run twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, while flights from Izmir to Mardin will operate three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Izmir Connecting to 19 Cities
From Izmir, SunExpress will offer 135 weekly flights to 19 destinations, including Ağrı, Antalya, Batman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kars, Kayseri, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Muş, Nevşehir, Samsun, Şanlıurfa, Trabzon, and Van.
Hatay Flights Resume After Runway Renovation
After the February 6 earthquake damaged Hatay Airport, renovation works on the runway allowed SunExpress to resume flights on September 15. The carrier now operates Izmir–Hatay services three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
