SunExpress has announced that it will restart its direct flights between Memmingen and Antalya, a route that was last operated in 2022. Travelers from Germany’s Bavaria region will once again have a convenient connection to Turkey’s favorite holiday destination.
Flights Begin in Spring 2026
The airline confirmed that Memmingen Airport will return to its flight network starting from the spring season of 2026. Regular scheduled services from Allgäu to Antalya will officially resume on March 30, 2026.
More Frequent Flights for Summer
According to the airport statement, flights will initially operate five times per week. Between May 11 and June 24, 2026, the frequency will increase, and the Memmingen–Antalya route will be served daily, making it easier for holidaymakers to plan flexible trips.
A Comeback After Four Years
SunExpress last flew between Memmingen and Antalya in 2022. The airline’s decision to relaunch this connection reflects the growing demand for direct travel between Southern Germany and Turkey’s Mediterranean coast.
