Turkish Airlines, one of the fastest growing airlines in the world does not seem to be planning to push on the brake pedal, as they have signed a brand new contract with Boeing. Here is the news;
U.S. plane maker Boeing Co (BA.N) said on Friday it had confirmed an order for 15 next generation 737s with Turkish Airlines. The order would be worth more than $1.2 billion, on the basis of the average list price of the planes.
Boeing said the order comprised of 10 737-800s and five 737-900ERs.
Boeing has so far received orders from 14 customers for a total of 305 737-900ERs, the newest member of the 737 family.
