President Erdoğan: Our condolences to Indonesian people. We are ready to help

Regarding the natural disaster in Indonesia President Erdogan said, “Condolences to our Indonesian brothers and sisters. Turkey is ready to heal their wounds and provided any assistance necessary” Erdogan informed Turkey was ready to provide all kinds of support to heal the wounds of Indonesia damaged by concerned earthquake.

The confirmed death toll from the earthquake and tsunami damaging the island of Sulawesi is reported to have risen to 832 already and it could reach thousands – as informed by officials.

Turkey’s President Erdogan shared the message on his Twitter account in both Turkish and English. Erdogan also conveyed his “I hope you recover soon” message to those wounded.

Indonesia and Turkey have very friendly relations on both state level and between peoples of the two countries. Bothe countries being Muslim share a lot in common and trade between two states is improving every year.
