Announcement from AKOM: Snow is coming to Istanbul

Snowfall is expected in Istanbul starting from Friday noon.

The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) has announced that snowfall is expected across the city on Friday and Saturday.

From Friday noon onwards, a mix of rain and snow is predicted in the city center, and in the evening, light snowfall is expected throughout the province.
