Avis Turkey receives “Franchisee of the Year” award for the fourth time

Avis Turkey which operates under OTOKOÇ Automotive Group in Turkey was granted “Franchisee of the Year” award by Avis Budget Group, once again.

According to statement released by Avis Turkey, the company received the Franchisee Award of the year once again as part of the International Franchisor Awards organized by Avis Budget Group in the region covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Avis which was selected out of 110 countries in the region received this award for the fourth time.

The company mentioned in its statement that they were proud of the service quality they offered and added they also owed this success to their innovative and distinctive approaches they practiced.

The statement also said the company ran rent-a-car operations in 9 countries and they were the largest franchisee in for the budget group.

Avis Budget Group Vice President of the Global Franchisors congratulated Avis Turkey for the strong growth performance and the highest customer satisfaction the company had reached.

He also said that Avis Turkey was very important for them and added following: “Avis Turkey realized investments in additional sales area focusing on income-generating opportunities and revenue management. The company maintained its leadership in the market in a stable manner and also achieved growth as compared to previous year. Moreover Avis Turkey enjoyed high customer satisfaction in a stable manner. The award they won is an indication of their passion and dedication to work.”
