Previous Season’s Setback

Bodrum FK, with no prior experience in the Süper Lig, narrowly missed promotion last season after losing to Pendikspor in the final. Overcoming the challenge posed by Sakaryaspor, the team from the Aegean region will now compete in the Süper Lig for the first time in their history.

Fans in Bodrum celebrated their team’s historic achievement with great enthusiasm. Large screens were set up in Bodrum Belediye Meydanı and Turgutreis Meydanı for supporters to watch the match. Thousands of green-and-white-clad fans cheered throughout the game and erupted in joy at the final whistle, lighting flares and chanting to celebrate their team’s promotion to the Süper Lig.
