Corendon Airlines Tahtalı Run to Sky to be held on May 9-10
Skyrunning athletes will gather in the Kemer district of Antalya on May 9-10, 2025, for the Corendon Airlines Tahtalı Run to Sky. Celebrating its 11th edition this year, the race starts from Çıralı beach and climbs up to the 2,365-meter summit of Mount Tahtalı.
Sponsored by Corendon Airlines, the event will be held under the motto “Flying the World to the Summit of Antalya.”
The Corendon Airlines Tahtalı Run to Sky has achieved the distinction of being included in the 2025 Merrell Skyrunner World Series calendar, which features 24 races across 16 countries.
World-renowned elite athletes are expected to participate in the race, which will be broadcast live on local and international TV channels as well as on YouTube.
In 2025, the event is set to break participation records with three different race courses:
- Berg Sky Race (65K): A challenging course around Tahtalı Mountain with a total elevation gain of 4,300 meters.
- Run to Sky (27K): A World Series point-qualifying race from Çıralı to the summit of Tahtalı, with a 2,650-meter elevation gain.
- KemeRun (12K): A shorter trail starting from the center of Kemer into nature.
Skyrunner World Series Points and Prize System
Participants will earn points in all races, and prize money will be awarded to the top 10 male and female finishers in each Skyrace. To qualify for the Skymasters at the end of the season, runners must complete at least 4 Skyrace events and 1 Skymaster race.
Registrations for the Corendon Airlines Tahtalı Run to Sky are still open. Those wishing to participate must complete their registration by May 2, 2025.
