BRITS TRAVELING IN CARAVAN CONVERTED FROM AMBULANCE

A British couple has started on a world tour with an old ambulance turned into a caravan. The couple who are on a world trip have become the agenda, preferring an unprecedented means of transportation and accommodation. The couple have traveled to more than 50 countries and may enter into the Guinness Book of Records.

Lawrence Dodi and Rachel Nixon, whose main profession is veterinary medicine, started their journey after they converted an old ambulance into a caravan. The couple who started their trip in October last year have visited more than 50 countries so far. This trip made by the couple can enter the Guinness Book of World Records by breaking the record for the longest road traveled by an ambulance.

The vehicle, a Land Rover Defender model with green and yellow stripes, was previously used as a private ambulance. Lawrence Dodi said that the ambulance they used did not attract as much attention as they thought, “No one came to us for medical help,” he said. But it is a fact that we have drawn attention. Especially when we are in traffic, everyone is looking at us.”
