Covid-19 report for the last 24 hours: 17,956 cases, 182 deaths

In the last 24 hours, 17,956 cases and 182 deaths were recorded in Turkey.

While  345,754 Covid-19 tests were performed, 22,648 people recovered.

Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said via his Twitter account: “Omicron variant has been detected in a total of six people in our country. One is in Istanbul and five are in Izmir.

These six people have Covid-19 with mild symptoms. They did not need to be hospitalized. Our citizens should not worry, follow the precautions, complete their missing vaccinations.”
