D-Marin purchases majority shares of Med Marinas in Greece

D-Marin a company within Turkish conglomerate DOGUS Group has bought 51 percent shares of marina chain Med Marinas, in Greece.

No information about the purchasing price took place in the statement on the subject. The total mooring capacity of D-Marin was increased by 3,355 following said purchase.

Thus D-Marin increased its total mooring capacity in Greece, Croatia and Turkey that is the countries in which it has marine investments, to 8,498.

Mr. AKHAN, the CEO for DOGUS GROUP stated that they had the largest international chain of marinas in Eastern Mediterranean and the Adriatic Sea  and added they were planning to start construction of Dalaman Marina this year, as well.
