Delta Air Lines Suspends Israel Flights Until the End of 2024

Delta Air Lines has announced the suspension of its Tel Aviv flights until the end of 2024 due to ongoing conflicts in the region. Similar to other major airlines like American and United, Delta is extending the suspension of flights to Israel.

Previously, Delta had halted flights to Tel Aviv until October 31, but the airline has now extended the suspension until December 31, 2024, due to continuing security concerns.

Delta has also expanded its travel waiver policy for affected passengers. Those who had booked flights to Tel Aviv can now reschedule their trips for any time before December 31, 2024, with the flexibility to start their new travel by March 1, 2025.

In addition to Delta’s own services, passengers wishing to travel to Tel Aviv can book available seats through Air France and Israel’s national airline, El Al, with reservations available directly on Delta’s website.

American Airlines has also suspended its flights to Tel Aviv until March 29, 2025, while United Airlines has indefinitely halted its services. As uncertainty looms over flights to Israel, passenger safety remains the top priority for airlines.
