Economy in Turkey: How Did USD/TRY Start the Week?
The depreciation of the Turkish lira against the US dollar and euro continues. In Istanbul’s free market, the dollar began the week trading at 34.4590 TL, and the euro at 36.3500 TL.
On Friday, the selling prices were 34.4170 TL for the dollar and 36.3250 TL for the euro.
– Dollar: Buying price is 34.4570 TL, selling price is 34.4590 TL.
– Euro: Buying price is 36.3480 TL, selling price is 36.3500 TL.
This marks a slight increase from Friday’s closing rates.
