Election in Turkey: Spokesman for opposition says presidential candidate will be announced on March 2

IYI Party Spokesman Kürşad Zorlu has announced that the Nation Alliance will determine its presidential candidate at the meeting to be held on March 2. Kürşad Zorlu speaking for Good Party, one of the members at six-party table, made statements about the agenda at the party headquarters.

Zorlu said, “On March 2, the Nation’s Alliance will determine the 13th president (meaning candidate actually). We will show this will and share it with our nation as soon as possible”

It has been on the agenda for quite a while that Good Party’s leader Meral AKSENER is not very much willing to nominate Kemal KILICDAROGLU, the leader of CHP the main opposition party. However, this approach of the Good Party leader does not seem to have been supported by some logical reasons to satisfy the section of public supporting the CHP leader.

Millions hope that AKSENER will be persuaded that KILCDAROGLU is the best candidate to challenge tu current president as also supported by many poll results.
