Finance establishments in Middle East prefer to work with Turkish software companies

The Middle East financial world has become a favorite market for Turkish software companies. Middle Eastern financial institutions are especially interested in solutions for centralization of systems, security and internet banking. Arab banks, which have been growing very fast, often work with Turkish software companies while renewing their systems. For this reason, there is an increase in the number of software companies settling in Dubai. Many Turkish companies such as Innova and Veripark, Sigma have decided to set up offices in the region. It is reported that said companies target to double their income from the region within the next few years.

Sigma for example which was founded in 2003 under the umbrella of the Tepum Group, first took the Abu Dhabi National Leasing project abroad, saw this demand and planned to open an office in Dubai in 2012.  The plan of Sigma was to provide the software to be used for the operation of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi’s leasing company Abu Dhabi National Leasing. Sigma was chosen because the company provided a web based and fully integrated system.

It was wise of the Turkish companies to participate in new tenders and maintain contact with the regional banks.

It is reported that because the Turkish banking system is very advanced there is great interest in Turkish software companies. People like to do face-to-face business in the Middle East. Therefore Turkish companies have chosen to work with offices in the region. It is also reported that there is a need for qualified, hardworking people who would work or do business in the region, and Turkish companies are distinguished due to their hard work, job finishing and initiative capabilities.
