Gold continues to break record after record
In the Precious Metals and Precious Stones Market (PMPS) of Borsa Istanbul, the standard gold kilogram price reached 2 million 417 thousand Turkish Lira, setting a new record. (15 March 2024)
The kilogram price of standard gold, which saw lows of 2 million 408 thousand lira and highs of 2 million 422 thousand lira in the gold market, ended the day with a 0.4% increase, reaching 2 million 417 thousand lira. The kilogram price of standard gold completed yesterday at 2 million 408 thousand lira.
The total transaction volume in gold on the PMPS was 8 billion 486 million 121 thousand 663.54 Turkish Lira, with a transaction amount of 3,640.74 kilograms.
The total transaction volume in all metals amounted to 8 billion 497 million 788 thousand 940.78 Turkish Lira.
The institutions conducting the most transactions in the gold market today were VakıfBank, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, DenizBank, Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, and Uğuras Precious Metals.
