*As a result of the market surveillance and inspection activities of cosmetic products, carried out by the Cosmetics Inspection Department Presidency in the third quarterly period of 2023 (July-August-September), inappropriate products (products not in compliance with technical regulations and carrying risks) have been identified, and administrative sanctions (administrative fines, withdrawal, destruction operations and procedures) have been applied to these products.

*Cosmetic inspections for the year 2023 were planned with a focus on the detection of inappropriate products (products not in compliance with technical regulations, carrying risks), especially by conducting risk analysis.
