In the first two months of the year, the number of tourists exceeded 4.3 million

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism reported that 4,341,606 tourists visited Turkey in January and February.

According to the statement from the ministry, the number of foreign visitors to Turkey in the first two months of 2024 increased by 12 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.

In February, 2,294,579 foreign visitors traveled to Turkey.

Thus, the increase rate in February also reached 22.68 percent compared to the previous year.
