Meteorology warned 11 provinces with orange and yellow codes: Snow is expected

The General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM) issued warnings for 11 provinces where snow is expected, using orange and yellow codes. The provinces warned with a yellow code by MGM are: Ağrı, Giresun, and Trabzon.

The provinces warned with an orange code are as follows: Bitlis, Hakkari, Rize, Şırnak, Van, Artvin, Muş, and Siirt. Snow is expected in all of these provinces.

Meteorology has a four-color warning system:

Blue / No danger
Yellow / Slightly dangerous
Orange / Dangerous
Red / Very dangerous
