According to forecasts by the Turkish State Meteorological Service, mixed rain and snow are expected in the highlands of Thrace, the inland parts of Western Black Sea, and the northern highlands of Eastern Anatolia. In other areas, rain and showers are expected. The rain in the Marmara region, Coastal Aegean, and cities like Manisa, Ardahan, Kars, Erzurum, Tunceli, Muş, and Bingöl will be locally intense. MARMARA

Partly cloudy and mostly cloudy, with intermittent rainfall expected across the region. Rain and showers are forecast, with mixed rain and snow expected in Edirne and Kırklareli. Localized heavy rain is expected. Fog and occasional mist are expected in the morning.

Partly and mostly cloudy, with intermittent rain and showers expected in the inland parts of Eastern Black Sea, as well as in Ordu, Giresun, and the western districts of Trabzon. Winds from the south will be moderate to strong (40-60 km/h) in the eastern parts of the region.

DOĞU ANADOLU (Eastern Anatolia)

Mostly cloudy, with intermittent rainfall expected across most of the region (except for Van, Şırnak, and Hakkâri). The rain will generally be in the form of showers, with mixed rain and snow expected in the higher elevations of the northeastern part of the region. Heavy rain is expected in cities like Ardahan, Kars, Erzurum, Tunceli, Muş, and Bingöl. Winds from the south will be moderate to strong (40-60 km/h).
