Meteorology warns of storm and heavy rainfall! Experts also expect snow
According to the warning from the Meteorology, heavy rainfall is expected in the western districts of Marmara, Çanakkale, the western districts of Balıkesir, the north of İzmir, Zonguldak, Düzce, and the coastal areas of Muğla; it is expected to be locally very heavy and severe, especially in İzmir, Balıkesir, Manisa, and western regions of Aydın.
Meteorology consultants have issued the following warning: “In Istanbul, the rainfall will intensify after noon and continue until the evening hours. It will continue tomorrow morning and stop in the afternoon, but there will be rain again on Monday. The next week will be rainy in Turkey.”
TEMPERATURES TO FALL BY 3 TO 5 DEGREES IN WESTERN REGIONS
It is expected that temperatures will decrease by 3 to 5 degrees in the western regions, increase in the inner and northern regions, and remain above seasonal norms nationwide. Winds are generally expected to be light from the south, occasionally moderate, and in the Marmara and Northern Aegean regions, it is expected to blow strongly from the south, sometimes in the form of a storm.

Since the wind is expected to blow strongly and stormy (50-80 km/h, occasionally 90 km/h in Marmara), it is necessary to be careful and take precautions against possible negative situations.

“THE COMING WEEK WILL BE RAINY”
The next week will be rainy in Turkey. Heavy rain is expected in some places. Monday’s rainfall seems strong on the Aegean coasts. It may cause flooding. It could flood in Izmir today and in Muğla.
SNOW IS COMING TO EASTERN ANATOLIA
Temperatures will start to drop again from tomorrow. On the 15th of the month, snowfall will come to Eastern Anatolia. This snowfall can come to the south of Marmara on the 18th and 19th of the month. Snowfall will also come to the inland areas of Western Black Sea.
WHEN WILL IT SNOW IN ISTANBUL?
