Paragliding accident in Batman: 2 people lose their lives

Emin Çoban (41) and Ali Özkan (48) who fell to the ground while paragliding in the Gercüş district of Batman, lost their lives.

The two citizens who took off to paraglide at Ayrancı Hill in Gercüş district at noon, soon fell to the ground for an unknown reason.

Upon the notification, gendarmerie, police and medical teams were dispatched to the region.

The injured paratroopers Çoban and Özkan were taken to the hospital by ambulances after their first intervention.

Both injured people who were treated could not be saved despite all the efforts of the doctors.
