PM Erdoğan invites Ahmedinejad to Şeb-i Arus ceremonies in Konya
It is reported that Turkey is to expect some VIP guests from abroad to host at Şeb-i Arus ceremonies to be held in Konya on Sunday.
The invitations to Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Tajikistan’s President Imam Ali Rahman were personally extended by PM Erdoğan who is expected to host his guests on Sunday and Monday.
It is also reported that Ahmedinejad and Rahman have accepted the invitations and will visit Konya on said dates.
Accordingly, Prime Minister Erdoğan will be in Konya on Sunday and Monday.
Erdoğan is expected to take part in some opening ceremonies first after which he will attend ceremonies held to commemorate Mevlana, together with his guests.
