President Erdogan will meet with Israeli President Herzog: The first visit in 14 years!

President Erdogan will meet with Israeli President Herzog today at the Presidential Complex. Herzog will be the first Israeli leader to come to Turkey in 14 years. It was announced that Herzog’s plane had landed in Ankara at noon.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog has arrived in Ankara to hold official talks. The plane carrying President Herzog and his accompanying delegation landed at Esenboga Airport. Herzog was greeted at the airport by Presidential Spokesman Ibrahim Kalin and other officials.

Herzog, who will start his 2-day program in Turkey with a visit to ANITKABIR (Great Atatürk’s Mausoleum in Ankara) will then meet with President Erdogan at the Presidential Complex.

After the delegation meeting at the Presidential Complex, Erdogan and Herzog will hold a joint press conference.
