Putin announces to the world: Negotiations with Ukraine are at an impasse

Russian President Vladimir PUTIN has made statements about the negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations taking place in Istanbul. “Negotiations with Ukraine are at an impasse” Putin said, noting that Ukraine was moving away from the terms agreed in Istanbul.

Russian President Vladimir Putin made the remarks after a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. “We will not stop until the operation is successful,” Putin said first, referring to the negotiations taking place in Istanbul in a new statement. “Negotiations with Ukraine are at an impasse” Putin said, noting that Ukraine is moving away from the terms agreed in Istanbul.

Putin said that Russia’s military operation in Ukraine was proceeding according to plan and noted that no circumstances related to the war had been hidden. He stressed that the termination of the operation depended on the severity of the clashes.
