Red fairies land of Erzurum in Turkey getting ready to host guests soon

The NARMAN fairy chimneys in Erzurum, which were taken to the world temporary Heritage List by the UNESCO Turkey National Commission in 2012 and called the ‘land of the red fairies’, were registered as a natural site by the decision of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism a while ago.
Narman fairy chimneys, also called “Cappadocia of the East” among the people, consisting of three valleys with a length of 62 kilometers, were declared a natural site.
Tourism experts note that said area offers a magnificent opportunity for tourists and say, “Cappadocia is our beauty and it is a world-class place. But the geology and topography of the Narman fairy chimneys are slightly different to Cappadoica. It’s called the land of the red fairies. It has a magnificent itinerary, hiking and scenic areas. One can enjoy a fascinating atmosphere. Earlier, there were no facilities. It was a place where only nature lovers could go and take advantage of”

The Governorship, Metropolitan Municipality and Narman Municipality have made a project with joint effort. It’s a terrific project that fits that architecture with 2 floors. A facility where at least 4-5 tour buses can come and eat and take care of other needs. The authority will start activities like horse safari, ATV safari, bike safari, scenic walking tours. Even balloon safari is also planned as in Cappadocia.
All tour companies of Turkey are expected to come and see these beauties together. Concerned services and beauties will be offered to both our citizens living in Erzurum and tourists coming to the city from outside.
